Exciting Announcement: New Blog for Horse Rider Fitness

Hi, I’m Andrea Otley and I’m the creator of the Cowgirl Up Diet. You can read more about my journey and how I came up with the weight loss program for horsewomen HERE.

But today, let me give you a glimpse of who I am and what I do.

I’m a horse crazy wife and mom of three from a small ranching town in southeastern Oregon. My passion is training and showing reined cow horses, but I love all disciples of horse riding. Horses heal my soul and time stops when I’m at the barn.


FITNESS CHALLENGES FOR HORSEWOMEN

Every month, I host fitness challenges as a fun, supportive way for horsewomen to lose weight and get fit to ride. We expect our horses to be athletes, and we should be too!

With horse shows, barrel races, rodeos and other horse events taking entries, now is the perfect time to get in shape to ride and win.

The challenges are free, and each month a new winner is awarded based on participation.

In my experience, what most horsewomen need to get in shape and stay in shape is the support and accountability of others like them.

They also need motivation from someone who gets their unique and busy lifestyle.

That’s why I created the COWGIRL UP FITNESS COMMUNITY. It’s a horsewomen-only Facebook group that offers support and accountability for your fitness journey.

MY BLOG

I write weekly articles to help horsewoman create a burning desire to lose weight and get fit to ride. A recovering sugar addict, I lost 31 lbs of baby weight and have kept it off. At 41 years old, I'm in the best shape of my life. I understand the struggles and challenges brought on by our way of life.

My passion is sharing my weight loss secrets and fitness strategies with other busy horsewomen looking for ways to shed pounds and inches, get more energy and feel confident in their own skin. My motivation-based coaching is designed to get you the quickest, longest lasting, real results possible.
